Greetings Sapience,

This is a note for allies and citizens of Bloodloch. The city laws have
stated for the longest time that no mounts, outside the ruling councils,
will be tolerated within the city if their owner is not in the realms.
As such, if anyone of you bitches at me because I killed your mount, I
will simply enemy you to my city.

Furthermore, If your mount is found alone with in the streets or shops
of the city a second time, you will be enemied. This of course does not
include Guildhalls, Consanguine Houses or personal houses.

My city is not some animal sanctuary, you have all been warned.
