Greetings all,

Names were written on hundreds of scraps of parchment, counted and
recounted half a dozen times. It is my pleasure to inform you all that
Kaolla Te'mashaun is the proud winner of the Ascendril Circle Lottery.
This means she has won the prize of 500 of each herb (except for moss
and weed which is 200 of each), 5 health and mana vials, 1 vial full of
each salve/elixir, 20 eye sigils, 10 flame sigils, 5 fist sigils, and 4
pipes.

Hundreds of tickets were sold making the lottery a huge success. Thanks
