When you open your mouth, you do nothing but show the realm exactly how
stupid you are. I will only address the part of your post that addresses
me, to prove this. The rest of the realm can decide for themselves after
that.

You are confused about something that is clearly spelt out. Bloodlochian
laws state that my word is law in regards to city matters. A new House
appearing or trying to appear is a city matter, since the Houses that
matter, have pledged themselves to the city, more so when they bring it
to me, asking that people who try to join your stupid house are banned
from the city.

Now, as for me not being Blooded and ruling the city. Simply put,
Bloodloch is the City of the Undead, NOT the City of the Consanguine
like it once was. If you can not understand that, then you clearly
suffer from a permanent case of stupidity.

I should note, the exact same ruling will apply to any House you try to
form from this point onwards and you are never going to set foot within
Bloodloch whilst I reside as Keeper.
