To Shanugis, Despot of Shastaan~


Your dealings with the slave trader Douglas have been exposed. You, as
well, have been exposed for the lying slaver that you are. The Vanguard
of Enorian has made you an offer and you, in your "wisdom" as ruler of a
small village, have decided to reject it.

Thus, until such time as Shastaan replaces you with someone more
competent, someone more ethical, someone devoid of Corruption...the
village of Shastaan is hereby no longer under protection from the
Beacon.


I say again:

Enorian no longer protects Shastaan, until Shanugis is replaced. If you
value your well-being, Shastaani, you will depose him and come back to
our safekeeping. Until that happens we will not protect your village, we
will not hunt those who hunt you, and we will not consider you a
friendly entity.
