This is a note to all shop keepers of the realm who currently possess a
shop within Bloodloch. As of the year 206, you will no longer be given
the option to own a shop in any city outside of Spinesreach. I don't
care about shops in Delos, but if any of you, whom currently possess a
shop within Bloodloch, wish to keep before mentioned shop, you best get
rid of any shops in Ashtan or Enorian, Duiran ownership will also be
forbidden, in the event they get shops some time in the future.

I will not listen to 'but I don't sell venoms, weapons, elixirs, salves,
inks or anything like that'. Your only choice is keep your shop in
Bloodloch by selling off enorian and ashtan shops, or keep your shops in
enorian and ashtan, resulting in the loss of your Bloodloch shop. You
have until the turn of the year to make your minds up. If you have not
made up your mind, or sold off your shops by Ios 206, you will have your
shops in my city taken from you and sold off.

Furthermore, from this moment on, no one will be permitted to own more
than one personal shop in Bloodloch. This means, if you have shops in
your name that are house, guild or order, you have nothing to worry
about. However, if you have two or more shops that are just in your name
you have 6 months to sell them off, before I have them ceased and sold
off.
