Recently, a syssin stole from the bank within Eleusis. They deposited
the forced deposits into Shadow of Despair clan. Until such time as
that person is handed over and gold returned, all Syssin will remain
enemied. Please stay of Eleusis and Heartwood. Finding you there will
incur
a stronger penalty and if I forgot anyone, I wont soon enough.
