Recent Debate

Greetings,

I'm not going to judge you, Szan, as a GM for I'm not a member of the
Shadowsnakes, and I feel my opinion of you or any GM not of my guild (if
I had one) would be extremely biased.

Keep in mind that these are my opinions, which may or may not coincide
with those of my Infernal brethren.

I understand that the serpent class allows one to be sneaky, perhaps to
become a thug or thief. I'm pretty sure that there isn't a skill called
"Exemption" listed anywhere in AB SUBTERFUGE, which allows a serpent to
walk away from his actions and not have to pay for them. Serpents have
the skills to be thieves, but there is nothing to stop the person/group
from handing out a punishment to the thieve/thieves. If I were to
exterminate a Druid's grove, I wouldn't ask him or her "Hey, why are you
upset? I was only using my skills."

There's more to the "savagery" than you think. Perhaps we wish to teach
the Shadowsnakes as a whole that actions taken against us will not be
tolerated. Of course, this could make things worse, and inspire more
snakes to act against us. I think we would be more savage if we singled
out the one, or however many were involved, and hunted and killed
him/her/them until we felt that they've suffered enough to make up the
difference.

With all my love,
Kaeik Tl'bin
