This is a note to members of House Lunare.

Due to the actions of the leader of your house, I have revoked all
citizenship and ally status to those whom are blooded. Members of the
Bloodborn and thralls are still permitted within my city but that is it,
once they are embraced they will be removed. This will be in effect
until such a time that Ravynn has been replaced as leader of your house,
or until I am presented with an offer that will make me reconsider my
ruling.
