People of the following classes need to stop approaching Bloodloch
seeking citizenship, or ally status. As honestly, you will be refused
despite whom you are or what you claim you could offer the city:

Sentaari, Sentinels, Druids, Paladins, Luminaries, Daru and Bahkatu.

The people of these classes whom are currently allied to the city will
remain allied, as will those whom are citizened. Though, to the rest of
you, STOP asking my views on this will never change. You wish to join
the city, join a guild that the city welcomes or accepts.
