Today I, Fenring Thalion, extend an offer of peace to those of the
Bahkatu who are not yet completely enslaved to zealotry, to those who do
not cling to the past, who fight and strive to survive and better
themselves. I would invite all such Bahkatu to leave the weak and
ineffectual Sleuth, and move forward with the Atabahi Rout.

Your predecessors began a jealous war in times now almost forgotten. The
Atabahi Rout is willing to forget these transgressions if you follow the
correct path. Should you wish to give up the feeble, unevolved form of
the Bahkatu, and become part of the Rout, you may do so.

Those of you who do not accept this offer will be treated with no mercy
whatsoever. Accept now, or prepare yourselves for death. The weak and
pathetic packs of the Bahkatu will shortly begin falling before the
packs of the Atabahi. You have one year.
