Shallam Law

None Citizens may not attack None Citizens in Shallam walls.
It sounds like a good rule, I brought it to Thrains attention when
Tarleich jumped, very honourable thing to do, Mersalis in the Paladin
Guildhall. After this I wholeheartedly admit attacking Tarleich for this
at that exact time. When Mersalis started fighting I stopped as not to
team but I did attack Tarleich and I did plan on killing him if given
the chance. The reasons I did so are the fact that Tarleich disrespected
my Guildhall by attacking and jumping Mersalis, (Not to mention
Braziering Niema from the GH to kill her) As well as the fact that
Mersalis is a friend.
'At this time Tarleich was an enemy of Shallam while he attacked
Mersalis (Defenses hadn't kicked in yet) and I'm sure was breaking
several of Shallams laws. I felt I had done the right thing, Thankfully
Alexia alerted me to my evil in doing what I did, and quickly enemied
me, I believe 2 years and 3k fine and a lecture on my evil. A quote
would be, "What makes you people think that any time an enemy enters the
walls without having alerted the Guard, that you can attack them" and to
this Alexia I say that the next time Shallam is invaded by an enemy, and
the guard is either too weak to battle or to notice it. That You are the
first to fall to it's attack, Perhaps then You may take your words into
more consideration.
So in closing, I will not be paying this fine.
