I have made a few changes within the sect that I would like to direct
your attention to at this time. First off, I would like to welcome
Gisele and Truft as my new undersecs. Truft will be taking over projects
200 and 360 (Permission and BDC). Please send all messages concerning
those projects to her. Gisele is in charge of a new project, 844 which I
created earlier this month as a quick reference for you to use when
giving novice permission. It lists tyros who have completed their walk
test and have not yet been interviewed to keep you from having to dig
through numerous news posts to confirm the walk test for permission
purposes. Please note that you will still be required to make the post
in mwee.

Also, there have been some changes made to the responsibilities of each
position in the sect.
-Junior aides as always will be responsible for helping novices get
started, conducting crystalism tutorials, and giving walk tests.
-Senior aides will be responsible for those same tasks in addition to
assisting the Junior Aides and giving permissions, they will not be
allowed to give any interviews. Senior Aides will no longer be official
novice aides listed in HELP MAGI.
-Storm Elementals are able to do all of the above mentioned tasks, but
in addition they are the official novice aides of the guild and will be
responsible for all interviews including Novice, Eleve, Magus, Junior
and Senior Aides. Storms will also be able to induct new members to the
sect.
