The city of Ashtan is auctioning off one of its shops, located west,
south and northeast from the 'Seaside Stables' at the Seaside Markets.
The shop is currently run under the name 'Ashtan Festival Storage'.

Conditions are as followed:

Everyone has exactly one chance to place a bid, and the starting bid
will be 400k. This includes free renaming and redecoration of the shop's
interior at the new owner's choice.

Bids can be placed from the beginning of Midsummer till the end of
Haernos 195 MA.

Enemies of Balance as mentioned in Article I.3 of the Ashtan Law Code
need not apply.

For any questions, please contact me either through tells or messages. I
advice anyone who considers to place a bid to make himself familiar with
Ashtans Civic Law, XXV, paragraphs 3 - 16 which contain the guidelines
for shopkeeping on the Misty Isles prior to placing a bid.
