Yes, mistreatment and injustice. I joined the guild of shadowsnakes as a
novice, and requested a title, upon which point I was told that novices
don't get titles by the guildmaster. I read through the guildnovices
scroll, but didn't see such a stipulation there. So I asked the
guildmaster, Szan, why isn't it in the rules, and he said that it didn't
need to be, "Look at the gwho, do you see any novices with titles". When
I asked Szan about my rights, his reply was, "You have no rights", and
thereby was promptly kicked out of the guild when I said that if it's a
rule it should be written somewhere on the guildnovices scroll. I issued
Szan for this injustice, and I presume that my issue was dutifully
ignored, since I have not gotten a reply
I ask you, fellow aetolians, is this a way to treat someone who just
joined the lands, and is looking to find a place to call a home. I was
neither rude nor impolite. I ask you, great Varian, is this the way you
want your lands run, is this the way you expect your novices to be
treated, to be kicked out of the guild for merely opening their mouth
and trying to have an opinion. Was it fair? I don't think so. I am
asking you, all of you, my great aetolians, to help me find my justice
in these lands.
