Greetings, citizens of Sapience.

Earlier in the month of Lleian, the City of Spinesreach began a lottery,
which we have decided to open to the public as well. Any citizen of any
city, any rogue, can purchase a ticket or tickets to win one of the
wonderful prizes we are offering.

To enter, simply deposit 500 gold per ticket into the Spinesreach bank
account from the bank of your choice and message me that this was done
for the lottery, or send a letter with your name and the gold to me.

What can you win? Well, there are several lovely prizes that can be won,
ranging from a sizeable set of enchantments of all types, to credits, to
a large batch of herbs and refills, and even some venoms are available.

Again, all peoples from any city, forest, rock, ditch in the ground, all
are welcome to enter. Any questions or difficulties can be directed to
myself. The lottery will run until the month of Severin, so be sure to
enter quickly! There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be
purchased, or how often. Thank you.
