Finally, as for the shop in question, if it were truly worth a mere
200,000 gold, why was it auctioned off with a minimum 600.000 gold bid?
Both this and your own estimates sound rather conservative. While saying
a quarter of it's value might have been overestimating it, I'm sure I
wasn't far off what it went for.
