Syssin Loyalties and Trades

I'll make this perfectly clear - Corruption has no place among the
Syssin. To associate with a Syssin is to do so with a loyal defender, an
elite practitioner of Artifice, and not an agent of undeath or
corruption.

Recent events have lead us to review our trade practices, and the
following now applies.

To the misty isles, Ashtan - You've deemed us unsuitable, to say the
least, to wander your streets. Your defenders will now reap the reward
of exceptionally high prices should you ever seek our products.

To the beacon, Enorian - You continue to tread a fine line when
including the Syssin in your views on the undead, made worse by the
repossession of a shop belonging to a Syssin, who was fortunate enough
to receive a quarter of its value after the fact. Your defenders shall
enjoy a moderate raise in price when buying our products as a result.
Have your Treasury contact me with an offer rectify this.

To the forestall community, Duiran - Your defenders may continue to
purchase our products as they are priced now, until such time as you
prove yourselves undeserving of such, like including us in your vehement
opposition to undeath.

To the undead stronghold, Bloodloch - Your defenders may also purchase
our products as usual.

To the shop owners of Aetolia - All of the above applies to you when
stocking our products in Ashtan and Enorian. I advise against testing us
on this.

Penned by my hand on the 12th of Chakros, in the year 192 MA.
