Dear Huntmaster,
I am at present uninvolved in the Tasur'ke conflict, yet I see a simple
fallacy in your post that begs correcting. Allow me.
You give encouragement to your kind, that we are "still mortals, as you
are", and I cannot help but admire your love, or perhaps sympathy, for
your kind. I cannot help but infer that you have likened us to the rest
of the world who fall when killed, and remain dead - should it be their
time to die; that our bodies return to the earth, break down and return
nutrients to the land, being a part of the 'rhythm' and 'cycle'. Then
perhaps, I do pray for my Lord's mercy, for your kind shall surely
destroy us, and we shall no longer be "invincible".
I am afraid that you cannot hunt us for being out of the 'cycle', and on
the other hand, claim that we are as those who lie within it - weak by
nature.
We are not mortal.
We are undead.
We are invincible.
- We will not have you believe otherwise.
In Strength,
Karyne
