Vittorio, and my Apology

Dear Khalifa,
I come today to this medium to publicly apologize and take
responsibility for some actions that have occurred in our House. Nay, my
own actions.
10 years ago I found out that my Sire's blood caused me to be sensitive
to active spirits. One in particular used me as a vehicle to get some
messages out to those she once loved and was unable to 'touch'... when
those were satisfied I should have taken action to exorcise her from me,
and send her home properly to my Father's keeping. I did not do so, I
chose to ignore it, and for the last 9 years that spirit had grown in
strength.
Several months ago, my dear cousin Vittorio Bahir'an came to visit me
here in Ve'kahi castle. We spoke of religion and unity for the
Consanguine and then we both decided to take our rest. He did not leave
our castle before doing so however, and chose instead to sleep within
the safety of our walls.
Several months later, it was relayed to me that he had been accosted
while in our library, he believed by me. He believed himself drugged,
and chained to the library shelves forced to stay. Through our own
research we have come to find that this angry spirit inhabited me while
I slept and placed a vex of sorts upon Vittorio. It caused him to feel
the effects of a drugging and be unable to move. As long as Arienne's
spirit held it's power, the vex over our library and Vittorio would hold
firm. We took steps destroy this, this month.
Through the efforts of several members of this house, and a Bloodborn
priest, we were able to cast this spirit, we believe, into a vortex
leading to the Underworld. I feel no power remaining for this spirit
within myself and thusly I believe the powers it had over the library
and Vittorio should also be destroyed. He should find himself free to
move as he wills it, when he returns.
From the depths of my soul, on my honor as a servant unto the Great
Father... to you, Khalifa, I offer my deepest apologies for allowing
this to happen and you have my word that I have done all that I know to
do to ensure it won't happen again. At your will you may inspect me, or
the castle, at any time you see fit, for reassurance.
