How common, is this basic common sense you speak of Eumaeus?


I'm curious because you see, in my mind it would be considered common
sense when you know that you have only one ally amongst all existence,
to preserve that and attempt to strengthen those ties. When you had no
allies but the Ve'kahi left in the world, and we asked one thing of you
and you could not comply. Not only that, it wasn't even a single strike
that got you removed, we gave you the same, fair 3 chances that we would
give anyone. You managed to show us not once, but 3 times, how uncommon
"Common Sense" really is. And this my friend, is how you caste yourself
from our number.


We all understand that the Mausoleum is a permanent interring and that's
alright. I would think that the most simplistic answer to this "Common
Sense" would be to simply purchase yourself a new coffin, bury it
elsewhere, and satisfy the one thing my Sire asked of you after the
caste-out.

You had such potential Eumaeus. I saw that in you and hoped we could
help you realize it too. Perhaps someday, but that day is far past our
horizons. I recommend a spiritual journey. Seek to bond with the wisdom
of the Underking and see if you can find the beauty of that potential
