As stated earlier I, Artdox, your new Emperor, will now proceed in
revealing the Empire's mission statement.

It is the strong belief of the Empire that there has been evolution
amongst all people. The undead, either Consanguine or plain undead, have
naturally evolved from mortals into beings of superior power. Undeath
has surpassed mortality in every aspect of one's life. It is the mission
of the Empire to preach and convert the rest of the world into beings of
great power, the undead.

Well there you have it. I don't think I could put it any simpler than
that.
