Pursuant to my earlier Public news post (#4037), I would like to
announce that the auction on the shop "Precious Treasures III" has now
closed. An agreement has been made between the city and the highest
bidder, and I hope you all will come to peruse its wares when it is
redecorated and stocked.

In a somewhat related matter, the city is now accepting expressions of
interest for shops in the new Commercial Plaza, which is still in the
process of construction. The plaza is to be situated along the outer
city road and boasts an impressive layout that is both aesthetically
pleasing and practical for marketing wares. Four shops have been planned
so far, but there is the potential for more shops to be incorporated
into the design if there are many applicants.

Anyone who is interested in purchasing a shop when the plaza is built is
welcome to message me stating their interest. While it is only an
expression of interest (and by no means a contractual obligation),
please observe the reserve price of 350,000 sovereigns for each shop. I
look forward to hearing from prospective shopkeepers in the future.
