Fellow Aetolians,

Our Lady Slyphe, although absent from the Realm, is still strongly
influencing the lives of even the humblest of its denizens. All around,
events clamor that Change is still the driving force behind most
actions, and that many a soul is still yearning for Progress in this
life.

The clan of the Beachcombers, dedicated to Our Lady of the Waves, is
calling upon all those whose aim in life is to tear their weary feet out
from the sticky mud of Stagnation and fly on the Winds of Change.

Clouds are gathering, announcing storms to come. Don't be a ship without
a sail, condemned to be blown away by the gale and crushed by the waves.
Don't think you are a rock fit to resist, for even the meekest burn
meandering in the glen can carve its way through mountains. And don't
think you can escape starvation if you turn your back on the Waters of
Life.
