Heh, protection? Safety? This is a bad joke.

You would speak of guarding the lives of everyone in delos, but you also
speak of protecting the "market" of Delos which, last I checked,
included slaves. If you want to "protect" people in Delos, start by
ridding the place of slavers and freeing those who are shackled in
misery. Until you prove that the well-being of every sentient creature
within Delos - including the slaves' - is under your protection, your
attempt will remain nothing more than a weak play at becoming important
and recognized throughout these lands.

You want respect? Do something about the slaves, not just those who are
free.
