Omei and Dhaivol

Dear Strung, if you'd like to pick on someone, at least have the decency
to say, "Yes, I am a thug, and wish to fight those that have no way to
defend themselves, or those that are not even involved."

Case in point? The Bahkatu and the Atabahi. Has precisely -zero- to do
with the conflict between Dhaivol and Omei, particularly as that fight
began before the two groups had made themselves known to the world. Kind
of fun to jump to conclusions every now and then, isn't it?

The Order of Omei can no more force any of the undead to dream than you
can force someone to remain dead against their will, Strung. You need to
take a minute to compose yourself and find out what happened before
jumping to conclusions about the "awesome ability" of Omei's Order, and
their "super-secret alliance" with the Bahkatu.

Again, if you want to be a thug, and take the lives of people that have
no interest in fighting you, just say so. Do not take the members of the
general public to be foolish, and expect them to not see through your
bloodlust to find some lofty "noble intent" veiling a chance to fight
the unwilling.

Now, on the topic of Marennin, while I do miss the boy, it puzzles me as
to why such a "grand and powerful" Order as Dhaivol's would choose to
"exert their massive might" to slay a boy, and to top it off, a boy that
only served the Dreamer out of a sense of duty, as he had sworn his
service to the Dreamer, and wished to protect his uncle.

It truly is a mighty force that can strike at a group by slaying a child
that is half-way loyal to their cause. I say! Such a display of power is
to be commended! You lot have taken a boy that was only moderately
involved, having little or no desire to be part of your war, and you've
turned him into a monument of emotion. He has been given a unique chance
to savor agony, despite being stripped of the ability to experience
other sensations, and the glass his sand has been trapped in will
forevermore be a reminder that anger is not always a "bad" thing.

Personally, I don't care whether the undead dream or not. Much like the
desire to worship the Dreamer, if the desire for something is not
genuine and natural, it is not worth having.

So continue your "mighty crusade" against a Guild without an official
alliance to the Dreamer, and an Order that grows stronger as you allow
it to hate you more and more. It's your "funeral."
