Greetings Aetolians,

This message applies to all those whom joined in on the raids against
Enorian that ended in the year 173. The ruling body of Enorian has come
to a resolution about those individuals whom are deemed enemies for said
actions. Each offender shall be branded thus for a period of 25 years,
in this case ending on the year 198, as well as face a fine of 100,000
gold. You may not pay the fine prior to the year 198 and it can only be
paid to a member of the Ministry of Security, when the time comes. If
you wish for an appeal you should contact myself personally.
