In lieu of your guilds new probation requirements requiring the cold
blooded murder of an orphan, the leadership of the Indorani have been
enemied to the Beacon of Light. In addition, any member of the Indorani
seen within the city will be enemied and escorted from the premises. If
they refuse to leave the city, they will be executed.

I urge the other cities to take similar stands against the murder of
children.
