Addressed to: Everyone
Citizens,
I tire of the insipid drivel spat forth by My Brethren, yet this wanton
expansion of the Untamed permitted and propagated by the Hunter goes not
unnoticed. Lest the effects of His indiscretion encroach upon the vast
cities and open roads I so cherish, a hand of My own must be played upon
this venerable thimblerig.
From the endless reaches of the Tundra I call home, call I back the
zephyrs and gales, the gusts and mistrals, that their chill touch might
grace no longer that rejuvenative elemental with full effect. I pull
back the veils of restraint upon the great tempests and whirlwinds, that
the very roots of the Great Oak be torn from its ruined Earth. So shall
it be.
Penned by my hand on the 14th of Arios, in the year 179 MA.
