The Defending of the Weak

Greetings.

I just want to let you know that the Paladins have always and
will always protect the weak. Anybody found murdering the villagers
of Shastaan, Aborthia or Jaru will find justice from our blades.

Should any other village seek our protection, I ask the village
elders to voice their request to me or any of my secretaries. If
your village deserves protection, we shall grant it.

The Paladins will of course only fight, if there is proof for the
assault as stated in the terms of engagement, simply because it
against our nature to assault other people unjustly.

What I don't quite understand, though, is how a guild like the
infernals, that claims to value strength more than anything,
does not expect her members to have the strength to face the
consequences of their own actions and allows them to choose a
"champion" to fight their duels. TO me this looks like some
people are simply too coward and weak to fight their own
battles, and lack the feeling for honor that would demand
courage and strength.

Well, but the infernal ideals are not mine, and it seems our
ideas of knighthood differ more than I had thought. So arguing
about that is pointless, and I won't bother to spend more money
on that topic.

In Honor.
Sincerely,
Lord Koron Thylarian,
Grand Champion of the Innocent
of the Paladins

Penned by my hand on the 6th of Midsummer, in the year 178 MA.
