I don't ususally post in this forum, but I feel there were too many
glaring inadequacies in the last news post about "The Pit."

First, your example of Hakhim is kind of beside the point. Hakhim
doesn't hurt anyone or anything. The pit does. There's no comparision.

Second, Duiran isn't a city, but that's not too important.

Third, there was an outcry about the pit, about forty years ago. Some of
us weren't around when it happened. Some of us are just ignorant.
