I write today to inform the world that House Bouchard, long sunken into
stagnancy, has risen again. We will not be destroyed by circumstance or
ill-management, and we have opened a new clan, shown under CLANHELP
BOUCHARD. I, Procell Bouchard, Scion of this venerable family, hereby
call for any who bear Bouchard blood. I call those who have slept and I
call those who have been cast out, for any reason. I clear the slate and
welcome you home with open arms. Come back to your blood.

To those outside the family: Bouchard is now actively recruiting. Any
who aspire to the Gift are encouraged to communicate with me. We are
unaffiliated with the Imperium, nor with the false Empress whose
inactivity nearly destroyed us. We begin again. And we ask for your help
