I have lowered the starting price to 86k for either the shop north of
the blacksmith in Ashtan or north of northwest of the central market.
This price includes a the shop, a description for the shop, as well as a
title. If you wish to buy this shop, please message me immediately with
the price you are willing to spend (considering 86k is the starting
price). After 7 Aetolian months, I will end the auction and give the
shop to the highest bidder.
