Cuchulainn. However, before you use my words to your advantage, I would
like to clarify Spinesreach's stance on warring parties.

Indeed, Spinesreach does not offer sanctuary to militia members at war.
That, though, doesn't give you the right to fight, threaten, and much
less kill within our City. Violence is not tolerated within Spirean
walls and things will remain that way. So next time anyone decides they
want to attack someone of an opposing militia within our City, ask the
leadership to have them removed, else you find yourselves promptly
becoming an enemy of Spinesreach for disrupting our peace.
