Your declaration about the treaty granting you peace.

The keeper of Bloodloch has declared that the peace treaty between
Enorian and his city is null and void. He claims he does so because the
provision in the treaty that calls on Bloodloch to have a sanctuary law
is unfair.
A treaty is an agreement between two organizations. In this agreement
Enorian received from Bloodloch a sanctuary law, and a law protecting
the orphans who live there. Enorian gave a few things to Bloodloch in
return for these things. We granted Bloodloch peace, and we returned
lands to Bloodloch, including the city itself. We had no other reason
for doing so.
In declaring that Bloodloch will no longer fulfill it's obligations in
the treaty, Enorian is left with a question. Will Bloodloch, having
decided that it will not pay it's share of the treaty return to Enorian
that which Enorian paid?
If Bloodloch has decided that it feels the treaty is unfair, simply
return to us all the land we gave to you, and then we'll consider
negotiating a new treaty.
