To Our Venerable Brethren,


Let it be known that the honourable House Nebre'seir, direct
In descent from Emperor Zahmekoses Nebre'seir, has this day
chosen to cast off the fetters of Imperial stagnancy. Long
have we laboured for change from within the ranks of the
Consanguine Imperium, and long have idle men sat in the
Viceroy's seat.

We Nebre'seir have chosen to embrace vitality and strength
based on the principles enshrined in the Legacies by our
Primus and supreme progenitor. No longer will we tolerate
the endless bureaucracy nor the intrusions upon the
sovereign rights of a Great House to select and Blood its
ranks as it sees fit
no longer will we embrace the chaos
and apathy advocated by the Imperium. We are saddened that
the Consanguine Imperium has not chosen to embrace the ways
of strength and the camaraderie of a common cause, but we can
mourn for our kin only so long before we must pry ourselves
free from their suffocating grasp.

We implore you, our Blooded kin, to cast off the inefficient
fetters of the Imperium and join us in the revival of our great
race.
