I just wanted to reiterate to Enorian that the raids are only going to
end once Bloodloch has fair treatment. Either make your own sanctuary
laws, which if you really have no one abusing such there is no reason
for you not to. Or, stop making demands of the Bloodloch government to
do every little thing for you. Even if Bloodloch were destroyed, the
ones conducting these raids are the dispossessed, dispossessed by your
city. It would change nothing. If there were sanctuary for the children
and followers of the Underking, we would have better things to do than
die fighting your guards. The raids would change from large scale
actions that ruin your lives (assuming it doesn't end them) to one or
two individuals you could then handle.

Attempting to grind us down does nothing because we are of the earth
itself. Think it over. It is really not that hard to give your neighbor
equality. Certainly easier than death. Your old adage, "because no one
can stop us" may become what you hear rather than what you say if you
don't mature while you still can, city of ashes.
