Targeting people for defending their city for another raid in a guild
hall is utter bullshit. You want a reason to fight? Then get off your
asses and declare war and let's get it on. If not, stop your damn
whining about being enemied for invading homes and guild halls.

If you want war, start it and not cower on being the first to declare
such. One way or another it's going to start. Why delay it any longer?
