The city of Enorian has made a recent change to its laws. The following
section has been added to the criminal code of Enorian.

N. Forbidden Skills

The Beacon of Light does not seek to aide in the practice of skills that
stand in opposition to the values that we hold dear. Therefore the
Ruling Council shall have the power to ban the study of skills deemed to
be counter to our values within our walls.

The following skills are forbidden to be taught or learned within the
walls of Enorian:

Necromancy
Tarot
Domination
Mentis
Sanguis
Corpus
Hematurgy
Animation
Terramancy

Those who are found to be in violation of this law will be sentenced to
a penalty determined by the ruling council or security ministry.
