Greetings Sapience,

As many of you have witnessed myself Raiding Enorian Villages, even the
city itself. Many of you ask me why am I doing it?

This month it was because of the lighters who decided to jump my son, as
he was sitting in Shastaan, teaching his own son some combat tips. My
son and grandson were ambushed, when they were doing nothing wrong. This
is just speaking of this one incident. Though with my dislike right now
for the city of Enorian, anything that hurts myself or my family has
brought me inside their city, and killed it's citizens.

For many years, Enorian has kept me as an enemy. To use it to their
advantage. They claimed me to be a "perma enemy" hen I tried to pay a
fine. They would summon me into guards, during landmarks, they would
summon me into guards during any kind of fight. I had a business in
Enorian, with another being, I had to give up because of my enemy
status. Like I said I tried to resolve the issue, they lied. It wasn't
until earlier in the year, that I became a "perma" enemy. I even offered
to pay double the fine.

Folks, the time has come. This has been waving in the air for decades
now. Darkness is ready to spread from the shadows to the airs above you.
The Necromante Unicate, is sick of Enorian instigating fights, then
cowaring behind the city guards. Sick of Enorian forcing other cities to
have sanctuary laws, but them not enforcing it to their own citizens.
This will stop. The Necromante Unicate would like to bring a proposal to
the city of Enorian.

We want Enorian to add a time limit to enter the city after combat. Most
cities are from a quarter to half day. We want not only to add it to
their laws, but to enforce it as well. We expect violators to be kicked
out of the city until they meet the time limit.

This can be done calmly. I am not suggesting we fight over this
proposal. If it comes to it then it comes to it. The fact in the matter
is a good majority of Sapience complains about this not being a law of
those who enforced it to begin with. Now is the time to act on it. We
give Enorian a year from this day, to respond. If there is no response,
the raids will become more intense, the city will begin to shake from
the rampage of the darkness. If Enorian agrees to it and we see action
from it, no one will be touched. Our lives will go on as if nothing ever
happened. This choice is up to Enorian.

The Necromante Unicate is not sponsored by any specific city. This
proposal has NOTHING to do with a city alliance, nor treaty with the
city of Enorian. No city will be asked to back this proposal. the
Necromante Unicate is formed from citizens everywhere, not just in one
said city.
