To the friends and family of Tygrin and Franwet,

Tygrin, the Warden of Spinesreach, and Lady Franwet, Spinesreach's
keeper of the Winterbreeze Inn have recently announced their preparation
for the Rites of Unity. Suddenly, the City of Spinesreach is in a buzz
over the ceremony, and all the citizens are pitching in to help
construct their Rites.
Whence I was measuring Lady Franwet for her robes, she requested that I
send out a message to the world, calling out to all their old friends
who they may not be able to get in contact with from the North. If you
would like to attend, you may contact me for details and perhaps help in
reaching the Spires.
