I think what Draiman is getting at is the tough question I have been
asking a lot of people in the leadership of Bloodloch, as well as high
ranking members of our race. The question that is causing a lot of
argument and threats. What have you actually DONE to improve the
situation the Consanguine are in? Can you list a single thing, one
accomplishment, besides that you follow the legacies yourself? No, you
can't. No one can. There is no action, no one is even trying to increase
the sway of the Imperium.
Lower blood ranks don't care because they can never move up, higher
blood ranks in charge aren't necessarily more intelligent than the lower
blood ranks, so there is a vacuum of activity both in the masses and the
leadership. This is not a new thing, it has always been a problem. As
soon as Abhorash lost military control, which only took less than 15
years, it was over. No one is attempting military control or to redo the
system which would require military control to work.
