I'm posting this here because, well, I can. It'll save me both time and
effort in getting this message to everyone that needs to read it.

There were several attempts to negotiate with Wedric this month, after
he spent most of the early days of it lighting whatever he could get to
before people could step in and stop him. I'm not entirely sure if he
was hunted before this, and after your previous post, but I have my
doubts.

Regardless, before I find myself writing along a tangent, it would seem
that the.. suggestion, that he would not burn if we didn't hunt him was
false, or broken by one side, I've not researched into both sides very
deeply as yet.

Should Wedric find the time to not set a fire, then we shall find the
time to listen. If he can't control himself for long enough to
accomplish this.. suffice it to say we will solve the problem in our own
way, with our own plans that are being finalised as I write this.

Finally, to those who believe they know what is best for Duiran, while
they aren't members of the Council, try and refrain from attempting to
force your opinions and ideas upon is. Make a clear idea and give it to
us to contemplate, if you so desire, but if I am made to listen to
idiotic babble again.. I might find I've accidentaly knocked someone's
teeth out.
