Well, thank you very much for those enlightening quotes. It confused me
greatly up until now how Enorian could simultaneously claim to follow
their sanctuary laws and yet not apply them in favor of Bloodloch's
people while claiming they had the cities' interests in heart. I wasn't
aware of the clause that covers all members of Bloodloch as having no
rights whatsoever. Now there is one less thing for me to think about
there.

At the least then we can have Enorian cease claiming the treaty to be a
fair thing out of this.
