Wedric, the forests, and those of you who think it's not your problem

I considered and reconsidered whether to post this or not. Then I got
very angry and decided not to post. Then I realize if I didn't post most
of you would still be wondering around saying "hey, not my problem". So
here's the lowdown for those of you who haven't caught the facts before.

1) Wedric has already said that he's going to be burning the forests
again next year on his birthday.
2) replanting would be stupid if he's just going to burn them again.
Then the supply to replant would be even smaller than it is now. Why
waste them if he's just going to keep burning? That seems rather tedious
to me and defeats the purpose.
3) supplying you people with herbs is not our purpose. It's a service
that we provide to you because we are not selfish and we like to spread
the bounty of the earth around to those who need it.
4) IF all of the herbs are replanted, he burns them, they are replanted
again, he burns them, eventually there will be nothing to replant with.
And then where will that end up? There will be nothing. No herbs.
5) The syssin DO in fact ban certain venoms because of the fact that
they can be used against them, Kerian. What do you think illegals are?

If you all are too blind to see the fact of the matter is is that this
is EVERYONE'S problem, not just Duiran's then I feel sorry for you all.
When the herbs run dry and there are no plants to replenish the
supplies, I am sure you will have wished that you had helped to stop him
now. Though I don't think Duiran is asking for help. They stated plainly
that no herbs will be harvested or sold. I certainly won't be selling
any. I want to keep what small supply I have for my own use. Because the
gods only know when Wedric will cease his selfish ploys to get back
skills he has no business having.

He willingly burned the forest when he lost the fight to corrupt the
Morgun. He showed no remorse for doing so. He gave no consideration to
nature when he did his evil deeds. Why should he be given back his
ability to reap that which he so willingly destroyed? He did not help to
put the fires out. He did not singe nor burn in them. He laughed and
cackled at the whole of Aetolia while he burned the herbs you all so
furiously debate over now. But you all so willingly want Duiran to hand
back his ability to harvest these herbs for himself? So he can benefit
from them? Would you so willingly allow a rogue Daru to meditate upon
your flames, Daru? Or you Luminaries? Or would you, the indorani allow a
rogue indorani to make pacts with your chaos lords so they can use them
against you? No, you would not.

But Duiran should bow down to the threats of a psychotic rogue Druid who
burns that which he swore to protect. I think not. I don't think that
the Syssin would be allowing a rogue syssin to use their milking room.
And neither should this betrayer of the wilds be allowed to reap the
benefits of that which he obviously cares nothing about. He is
self-serving and egotistical and he thinks that blackmailing the Durians
will achieve his goals. And if you think that he is in the right...well,
I'm more afraid of this world and what will happen to it than I ever
have been before.

And for shame on you all. Those of you who know nothing about how nature
grows or how the wilds work, but feel like putting your 2 gold worth of
opinion up on these boards with no facts what so ever behind any of it.
None of you have any idea what this world faces with this terrorist
burning a precious commodity to the world. All you think about is
filling your caches with the bounties of the earth with no thought what
so ever to the consequences therein. For shame on you all.

Penned by my hand on the 15th of Niuran, in the year 165 MA.
