Why should the realm stand-up against someone who picks a fight with
Duiran. You aren't protecting the forest by banning, you are hurting the
people of Aetolia by trying to get us to fight YOUR war. This isn't
about ALL of Aetolia, you made it that way by banning the herbs, you are
losing so you want US to fight YOUR war. Your city did something to make
Wedric mad, so he's hitting the spot that touches you most, as would any
enemy.

I've never seen the Paladins ban forging because someone is killing
Paladins. Nor Syssin ban venoms because someone is using them against
them. You seem to be the CITY that bans all of refills just so that you
can get back at Wedric? Maybe if you went about it another way then
you'd have more people on your side. But how are we suppose to fight
your war if we have no herbs, elixirs, or salves? Maybe just keep the
Forests closed off (Druids) until he stops, maybe offer a hefty gold sum
for each head that is given, maybe even just give him what he wants.

Say the forest is your child, which you are suppose to love, protect,
nurture. But someone tries to hurt your child and take her away. You
either try to kill that person (which seems to be failing) or you
negotiate. Have him help replant all the herbs that he's destroyed, have
him pay fine after fine, who cares, have him fix it. Its ignorant to go
around making this an Aetolian war when this is simply...a Duiran war.
