It is the Duiran's duty to protect the wilderness. Whether you are evil,
good, neutral, or whatever else, you are welcome to join us in our quest
to protect the wilderness. It is not our job to supply the realm with
herbs, and it is not our goal to cut off the average person from refills
and herbs when there is a fire or an extermination.

Having said that, Wedric's crimes against the wilderness are numerous
and mounting. Under no circumstances will the Duiran council give into
his demands - which, incidentally, could be equally as harming as his
burning, only he profits from the situation.

When Wedric burns the forests, it is not an attack on the council, it is
an attack on the forests. He is not punishing us, he is punishing the
realm for his own greed.

Walk through the forests, I ask you. Look at the Plants (PLANTS ON). See
the effects of fire for yourselves, for until Wedric has ceased his
threats, we will not be replanting, we will not be harvesting, and we
will not be refilling.
