Duiran has discussed the fact that the berry bushes and the fact that
they can be harvested until there is nothing, the problem with that is
they vanish when you do this.

Duiran and the Druid patroller's will be checking the bushes when they
patrol. Seeing as how the bushes can be picked by anyone, wish wished to
let you all know that if you over pick these bushes by five you will be
fined for doing so. A few people took allot of time out to plant these
bushes all over so that we would all have access to them.


Duiran asks that you simply respect the berry bushes, blackberry or
cranberry are the ones that can very easily be taken to nil. The other
two are annuals, once you pick them all they will not re-grow until the
first of the next year.

This brings me to the berry bushes that have thrived in the Siroccian
Mountain. They have always been something we did not watch because they
always grew back on their own unlike blackberry and cranberry. We ask
now that ALL Berry bushes not be picked below five.


Fines are quiet simple, Caspien gives them out normally but since he
seems to have vanished from the lands. I or any other Benandanti can
handle this for you. Just as the fines are with any plant that is over
harvested. IF you yourself message one of us and state you over
harvested your fine is five hundred gold EACH one berry over harvested,
if it is turned in by a patroller it is one thousand gold each.

Just to help those poor little minded people that do not get it.

Over harvested and you turned it in -
1- Berry = 500
2- Berry = 1000
3- Berry = 1500

Over harvested and turned in by a patroller -
1- Berry = 1000
2- Berry = 2000
3- Berry = 3000

These bushes were gifts, which are meant to be shared and respected by
all. I would rather NOT do harvesting laws on the bushes but it has
already started that people are making them disapear to nothing.
