As Ambassador of Enorian, it is my duty to inform all Teradrim, novices
and non-novices alike, that our city tutors will not be used to teach
you your skills. This falls under the same principle as our laws against
learning Vampiric, Consanguine, Necromantic, or Bloodborn skills within
our walls.

It should be the responsibility of the higher-ups in your guild to
inform your novices of this requirement. All those who defy this rule
will be asked to leave, escorted if necessary.
