Public News Post #3488

Eh?

You seem very defensive for a person calling me wrong, stooping straight
to insults. My point wasn't that you should stand by and do nothing. My
point was that you needed to look at why you do what you do. Your job
isn't to get revenge on people that hurt the wilderness, your job is to
protect it, no matter whether the herbs will grow back eventually or
not: It seems you're too busy preparing to insult me to truly understand
what I meant, or perhaps I just didnt word it clearly enough. It's of no
matter now, hopefully you'll comprehend me after reading this post.

On the grounds of joining Duiran to make a difference...Well now, I do
believe I tried that twice. Citizens of Sapience, don't be deluded, for
I doubt that very much has changed in just one shift of Benandanti: The
Council is just a city in disguise, except in this city the only time
the leaders have to listen to the opinions of the citizens is when the
citizens agree with their opinions. Empowered by the choice of Lady
Slyphe, Lady Lleis, and Lord Haern, the Benandanti (Most of the time,
that is) take on the stance that they were chosen by the Divine, so
their word is all. But I digress, it's been a long time since I've been
a part of the wretched Council of Duiran, perhaps more recent citizens
would no better. Again, it matters little to me seeing as I'll never
seek the Council again in it's current incarnation. With or without it,
I am able to fight for the wilds, and at least this way I don't have to
pretend to like anyone while I'm doing it, I suppose. Attack me for my
feelings, insult me for my knowledge...but have fun doing so. No point
in getting worked up over posts, eh Malhavoc?

Sorry Sapience if I wasted more of your time, but I do so love to put my
feelings into words sometimes.

Vasilus
