Change's blessings to all on this most glorious day,

Today I come bearing news of the closing of another cycle of the world
and a sign of Change's continuing presence and existence within the
realm, as the Lady of the Storms has entered into a state of Change
herself. As Change progresses out of one form into another, we can only
gaze in wonder as old forms are Eroded away, the current forms are
Sustained and the future form is Adapted to the new circumstances in a
way that us mortals can only dream of.

While Lady Slyphe remains in her transitional phase, Her shrines shall
remain operational as ever, though they too may be affected by this
change. There is no saying how long this phase will last for but as all
thins, it shall end, at which time Change shall start a new cycle, and
so forth, a process that shall outlive all of us, and perhaps even the
other Gods. For as long as things shall remain Changing, some part of
the Lady of the Storms shall remain.

Rejoice, and know that Change shall ever be present.
